Justine Marie was discharged from the Special Care Unit at the hospital in Chicago on July 11, 2005. Lauren Ann followed on August 1, 2005. This will be a blog-album of the life and times of Justine and Lauren, our brand new twin granddaughters, and our first grandchildren.
Connie and Troy became pregnant in the fall of 2004 and shortly thereafter discovered Connie was carrying twin girls due on July 31, 2005. But the babies surprised everyone and made their appearance 10 weeks early on May 16, 2005. They spent the next two months in the Special Care Unit at Northwestern Hospital in Chicago until Justine was discharged on July 11, 2005 and Lauren followed her home on August 1, 2005.

I use the blog format to share digital photographs and scrapbook layouts with my family. My husband, Bob, and I have three sons (two are identical twins), three daughters-in-law, and twin granddaughters. We moved from Las Vegas, Nevada to South Carolina in December 2005 and it was the best thing we ever did.
